What is Pix.city?
Pix.city is a communication agency based in Paris & London specializing in local digital marketing for businesses. Created in 2019, we have supported more than 3,000 clients online to increase their visibility and revenue on Google and social media. What matters most to us? Always being reachable and available for you! We are not software — we are your digital team and remain reachable by phone for all our clients.
What are your prices?
Our pricing starts at €250 excluding tax per month. Prices depend on the number of shoots, posts, and videos you need and may also increase depending on the advertising budget allocated to Google and social networks.
Is the audit really free?
Of course! Even better, the audit is a real competitive analysis that is 100% personalized, allowing you to understand where you stand compared to your competitors. We tell you everything: why your competitor ranks higher than you on Google, how they gained so many followers, whether they actually generate revenue from digital channels, and more. As a bonus, the audit remains yours after our 30-minute video call—even if we do not continue working together.
Does Pix.city really take care of everything for my social media?
Yes! Thanks to our community managers and our network of local photographers and videographers, we are 100% autonomous in creating the most effective content for Google, your social media, and your advertising campaigns. Your role? Simply tell us about your target customers, your service area, and your business strengths.
How do the photo & video shoots work?
In 3 simple steps: first, we choose a shooting date together and define a contact person at your location to welcome our team. Two days before the shoot, you receive a brief explaining everything the photographer will capture in photos and videos—be ready ;) Finally, on the day of the shoot, we only need about 2 hours of your time at the most convenient time for you to produce all the photos (48 to 60 on average) and videos (8 to 12 on average).
Can I approve the posts, stories, and videos?
Yes, absolutely! You have access to a page that allows you to track the progress of your content creation and a calendar to monitor the publication of our content and campaigns. Each month, we define a 3-day period during which you can request revisions to the content before it is published. One revision per month is possible for the content scheduled for publication.
Do you have access to my social media accounts and my Google profile?
Yes, but everything is 100% secure. When our partnership begins, you receive tutorials from our team showing you how to give us access to your Facebook page, Instagram account, and Google listing—without ever sharing your login details (email or password). In a way, we are like tenants, but you always remain the owner!
How does it work on a daily basis?
You have a dedicated support team with a single point of contact. You receive their contact details and they are available without limits Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. A problem? An emergency? A central email address ensures you can always reach our team.
How long does it take for everything to go live?
We offer a first workshop as soon as the contract is signed. Then allow an average of 10 to 15 business days for everything to go live: your Google, Meta, TikTok advertising campaigns and/or your first social media posts (posts, stories, reels, carousels).
